How can I place an order?
Register on the website, top up your balance, go to the “New Order” or “Services” section, select the service, enter the link, and click the order button.
How can I top up my balance?
Go to the “Balance Top Up” section, choose a payment method, enter the amount, and click “Pay”. You can also use Click or Payme. Funds are credited automatically.
How long does an order take?
Completion time depends on the selected service. Some are done within minutes, others take several hours. Exact timing is shown in the “Services” section.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, some orders can be canceled — it depends on the service type. If the “Cancel” button is available in “My Orders”, you can cancel it.
Is a refund available?
If the order was not completed and you canceled it, funds are automatically returned to your balance. Completed orders are non-refundable.
How to choose the right tariff?
Pick the category and a suitable tariff from the list. Each tariff shows price, min/max quantity and completion time.
How can I reset my password?
On the login page click “Forgot password?”, enter your phone or email — a verification code will be sent.
